The lady inside welcomes us with her smile. She's busy making coffee and boy does it smell good- you're not leaving now. I ascended up the spiral wooden stairs to the upper dining room and was greeted with local pieces and selections from different exhibitions from the local Art Gallery Turner Contemporary.
The menu had a great variation for all different types of palettes and it's a great place to bring your picky friend that can never decide on something. I got the 'Gents Burger' - described on the menu as including streaky bacon, pork, fennel chipolata, grilled salt beef and mature cheddar cheese.
mmm.
I was very full at the end and of the meal and the flavor that comes from freshly sourced ingredients is definitley worth the money. Nothing on the menu is over £10 but the service, food and genral atmosphere is priceless.
