I walked towards the Torii (A traditional Japanese Gate) and entered the double doors. I walked across a quaint little pond with turtles and water fountains. The manager is waiting for us by the entrance, suit and tie, and ready to take us to our table.

The smell is incredible. Your nose can pick out all the fresh ingredients being cooked and the atmosphere is upbeat with chefs entertaining their diners. I'm seeing huge steaks and filets of salmon being tossed onto the magma hot cooking table and uproars of fire close to burning eyebrows off. I already love Hibachi.

Our chef was excited to serve us and starting spinning knives like a magician, using them as musical instruments to get our attention. He unraveled a huge bowl of fresh vegetables and chopped them up in lightspeed. The fried rice was perfect and he knew exactly just how much seasoning it needed. His talent with the onion rings and the famous 'fire volcano' routine was unmatched and was really something special.

When he brought the meats out that we had ordered my jaw dropped. The 10oz T Bone was definitely more than 10 ounces and he seared it to just the right level of medium rare I enjoy. The sushi was also a delicacy and arrived on a plate like a piece of artwork.
